Fix 1 -Check the Internet
Since the error code CE-112069-9 is related to internet issues, the first thing that you should do is simply check whether your internet is working properly or not. Checking the internet connection is quite easy. Just follow the steps below:
- FIrst of all, go to the settings menu from the PlayStation Home Screen.
- Now, move to the Network panel and then Select the “Test Internet Connection” option.
- You can now see the console testing the network and the PSN Sign In will be successful if there is a stable internet connection.
You can also check your Network Adapter Type (NAT). There are two types of NAT: Type 1 and Type 2. See if your computer is showing NAT Type 1 or 2. You can switch between these NAT Types to solve the internet connection issues.
Fix 2 – Factory Reset your Router
Factory Resetting the Router causes it to revert back into its default settings. For factory resetting the router, you can simply long-press the power button (in some routers).

Fix 3 – Power Cycle
If you don’t want to Factory Reset your Router, you can follow this fix. Power Cycle is the process of cutting off any electricity to a device for a while to let the internal circuits cool down a bit.
Once there is no “leftover” electricity on a device, we can plug it back in. It is a temporary fix in our case but it can definitely work. Here’s the method:
- First of all, Power Off your Wi-Fi router. Now, plug it off. Disconnect the power cable from the source and make sure the Router is not getting any power at all.

Fix 4 – Retry Data Transfer
Sometimes the CE-112069-9 error code can be fixed with a Data Transfer method. This is quite an easy fix to apply too. Just follow the steps given below:
We need you to first go to the “Settings” menu that you can see on the PlayStation home screen.
From the Menu, go to System > System Software.
