G7 Zero Delay Series G7-310D-2 Mouse Review

I was contacted about a line of mice being created by A4tech that are being designed for video games. I was given multiple choices as to which I wanted to review and I chose the G7-310D-2 of the Zero Delay Series. It had a really sleek design and it seemed to fit me more. Warning: Technical Jargon incoming. The Zero Delay series has no-lag technology so it has the smoothest cursor motion. It has five adjustable DPI Settings with a 15 m operating range. It of course has three buttons including the scroll wheel. It transmits 2.4G, weighs about 51g, and it is 94*58*37 mm.

While it is on the smaller side, it fits perfectly in your palm allowing full control. The first thing I wanted to test out was the Zero Delay promise. I no longer have to lift my mouse to continue moving my cursor on screen. It is incredibly responsive and smooth. I would like to give most of the credit to the holeless sensor design. If you look at laser mice these days, there is a hole in the bottom so the laser can sense where the mouse is going. This hole fills with debris and dust, hindering the usefulness of the mouse. The holeless design of the G7-310D works splendidly. It is also plug and play. The driver installs automatically.

Games I played were, League of Legends, The Walking Dead, Painkiller: Hell & Damnation, and Civilization V. All of which responded very well to the mouse. I have noticed a drastic difference in my playing style and skill when playing these games. I went back to my old mouse for reference and the difference is so obvious it hurts. This is definitely a mouse for gamers and I highly suggest getting one. At 25 USD the price is incredibly affordable. I have zero complaints to give this mouse. I give the G7-310D-2 Zero Delay Series from A4Tech a 10/10.
