Dabble – The Fast Thinking Word Game iOS Review
Dabble was designed by George Weiss, who in all actuality, just might be the oldest app game inventor in America. George, who is now almost 86 years old, spent nearly 50 years tinkering in his Brooklyn basement and this is the first invention from him that was brought to the market. George collaborated with the developers from Flashy Substance and Itch to create the app on Corona SDK* platform. The physical version was first introduced by Ideas Never Implemented (INI) in 2011 and distributed by Barnes & Noble.
The object of the game is to spell five words as quickly as possible using the 20 letters stacked in a pyramid shape. The five words must be structured into a two, three, four, five and six letter word. The design of the game is simple yet captivating and entertaining. I give this app an 8.5 out of 10.
